The perfect side dish!<\/strong><\/p>\n Serves: 12<\/p>\n Cooks: 30 minutes<\/p>\n Difficulty: Super easy<\/p>\n Nutrition facts: Vitamin B1, B2, B3, E, beta carotene (vit. A), folic acid (vit. B9), Iron, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, fiber<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Ingredients:<\/p>\n 4 yellow corn in the cob<\/p>\n 4 tablespoons of sour cream<\/p>\n 4 tablespoons of fresh cheese (crumble)<\/p>\n 1 small bunch of fresh and chopped parsley (optional)<\/p>\n Olive oil<\/p>\n Sea salt<\/p>\n Fresh ground black pepper<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Making:<\/p>\n Preheat the oven to 200\u00b0C\/400\u00b0F. Cut each Corn in 4 pieces and placed in a roasting tray with the olive oil, the salt and the pepper. Roast for a 20 minutes until golden. Serve in a wood board or a tray decorated with the sour cream, the fresh cheese and the chopped parsley.<\/p>\n Note: you can replace the oven for a BBQ or a grill.<\/p>\n Serve with anything from a meat, rice, couscous, pasta or in a skewer like a lollipop!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" The perfect side dish!
