Quick and delicious option for lunch<\/strong><\/p>\n Serves: 6<\/p>\n Cooks: 20 minutes<\/p>\n Difficulty: Easy<\/p>\n Nutrition facts: Omega 3, calcium, iron, potassium, protein, Vitamin A, B, C, E, K, folic acid, fibre<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Ingredients:<\/p>\n 1 1\/2 cup of whole wheat flour<\/p>\n 1 tablespoon of cornstarch<\/p>\n 1 tablespoon of baking powder<\/p>\n 1 cup \u00a0of water<\/p>\n 1 egg<\/p>\n 3 tablespoons of coconut oil (two extra for cook)<\/p>\n Sea salt<\/p>\n Fresh ground black pepper<\/p>\n A bunch of fresh organic spinach<\/p>\n 1 small chopped onion<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Making:<\/p>\n First, saute the chopped onion and the spinach with a tablespoon of coconut oil until golden with a pinch of salt and pepper.<\/p>\n Second, mix the rest of the ingredients and the mixture of spinach and onion in a blender for a few seconds until smooth.<\/p>\n Heat a non-stick pan on a medium heat, pour the extra coconut oil, then the mixture and cook for a minutes until it starts to look firm. Flipping the fritter over. Continue cooking until golden.
