{"id":526,"date":"2020-04-25T14:31:13","date_gmt":"2020-04-25T19:31:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/uxata.mx\/blog\/en\/?p=526"},"modified":"2020-07-29T14:14:08","modified_gmt":"2020-07-29T19:14:08","slug":"creamy-homemade-flan-with-caramel-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uxata.mx\/blog\/en\/creamy-homemade-flan-with-caramel-recipe\/","title":{"rendered":"Creamy homemade flan with caramel recipe, by UXATA Private Chef Services."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align:center\">The ideal dessert recipe that everyone loves<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Serves<\/strong>: 8-10 <br><strong>Cooks<\/strong>: 1 hour <br><strong>Difficulty<\/strong>: easy <br><strong>Nutrition facts<\/strong>: Vitamin A, D, Calcium, Protein, Iron, Magnesium <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: <br>1 cup of withe sugar for caramel <br>Condensed milk <br>Evaporated milk <br>4 eggs <br>1 teaspoon of vainalla extract <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>First step, caramel preparation<\/strong>: <br>Put the sugar in a nonstick skillet or pot over low heat, and wait for it to melt completely, until you have a light caramel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, pour the caramel into a medium flan mold or 8-10 individual molds.<br> Important: do not move or mix the sugar in the process, to avoid lumps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Second step, flan preparation<\/strong>: <br>In a blender, place all the remaining ingredients and mix until integrated. You can also do it in a bowl, with a whisk. <br>After that, place the mixture in the medium flan mold or the individual molds, previously caramelized. Cover it with aluminum foil and cook for approximately 45 minutes in a preheated medium oven, on a water bath (depth baking dish with  approx. 3 cm of water ).
