Dissolve everything and leave it to ferment  covered, in a warm place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dough:<\/strong> In another bowl place the remaining flour and the salt and mix. Add the pre-ferment and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Knead for several minutes to form a smooth bun without lumps. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
