Ingredientes:<\/p>\n

4 Mazorcas de ma\u00edz amarillo<\/p>\n

4 cucharadas de<\/span> crema agria<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4 cucharadas de queso fresco<\/span> <\/span>desmenuzado<\/p>\n

1 peque\u00f1o manojo de perejil fresco y picado (opcional)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Aceite de oliva<\/p>\n

Sal marina<\/p>\n

Pimienta<\/span> negra reci\u00e9n molida\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n

Precalentar el horno a 200 \u00b0 C \/ 400 \u00b0 F. Cortar cada ma\u00edz en 4 trozos y colocar en una fuente de horno con el aceite de oliva, la sal y la pimienta. Hornear durante unos 20 minutos hasta que est\u00e9n dorados. Servir en una tabla de madera o una bandeja decorada con la crema agria, el queso fresco y el<\/span> perejil picado<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
