A), \u00c1cido f\u00f3lico (vit. B9), Hierro, Potasio, Magnesio, F\u00f3sforo y Fibra<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes:<\/p>\n<p>4 Mazorcas de ma\u00edz amarillo<\/p>\n<p>4 <span id=\"result_box\" class=\"short_text\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"\">cucharadas de<\/span> <span class=\"\">crema agria<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>4 <span id=\"result_box\" class=\"short_text\" lang=\"es\">cucharadas de <span class=\"\">queso fresco<\/span> <\/span>desmenuzado<\/p>\n<p>1 <span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"es\">peque\u00f1o manojo de perejil fresco y picado (opcional<span class=\"\">)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Aceite de oliva<\/p>\n<p>Sal marina<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"short_text\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"\">Pimienta<\/span> negra reci\u00e9n molida\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"es\">Precalentar el horno a 200 \u00b0 C \/ 400 \u00b0 F. Cortar cada ma\u00edz en 4 trozos y colocar en una fuente de horno con el aceite de oliva, la sal y la pimienta. Hornear durante unos 20 minutos hasta que est\u00e9n dorados.
