Textura y sabor incre\u00edbles!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Porciones: 325ml. 1 frasco mediano (aproximadamente)<br>Preparaci\u00f3n: 20 minutos<br>Dificultad: F\u00e1cil<br>Informaci\u00f3n nutricional: Omega 3, 6 y 9; Calcio; Magnesio; Hierro; Fibra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">6 Chiles guajillos secos<br>\n4 Dientes de ajo grandes pelados<br>\n1\/4 taza de cacahuates pelados, tostados y trozados<br>\n1\/4 taza de mix de semillas (pepitas, ajonjoli, etc)<br>\n1\/2 taza de aceite neutro (girasol\/canola\/maiz, etc)<br>\nSal a gusto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calentar el aceite en una sart\u00e9n a fuego bajo. Agregar los ajos, los chiles y dejar dorar levemente durante unos segundos. Retirar los ajos y chiles del aceite y moler muy bien todo en un molcajete o licuadora, hasta obtener una pasta. Pasar la pasta a un frasco limpio y <em>esterilizado previamente (<\/em>hervido en agua limpia por 5mn),  agregar los cacahuates, el mix de semillas, el aceite utilizado para dorar (ya templado y a temperatura ambiente) y la sal.
