Cortarlas en cubos peque\u00f1os y colocarlas en un bowl junto con el az\u00facar, cubrir el bowl y dejar reposar de preferencia de un d\u00eda al otro en la heladera. Transcurrido el tiempo, verter la preparaci\u00f3n en una olla y agregar las especias. Cerrar y colocar el frasco a *ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda (*olla con agua hirviendo que debe cubrir por completo a el frasco) por 15mn al menos, apagar el fuego y dejar el frasco dentro de la olla hasta que el agua llegue a temperatura ambiente. Se retira el frasco y se deja templar\/enfriar por completo coloc\u00e1ndolo boca abajo para favorecer el completo sellado al vaci\u00f3.
