We hired the Uxata Chef services for a full day while staying at an Airbnb in Playa Del Carmen and their service and food was absolutely outstanding. They were prompt and courteous at their arrival. When booking with them, it was a very simple process in making the reservation and curating the menu. The chefs arrive about 2 hours prior to the start time of your meal and use the freshest ingredients for all of their dishes. We had a group of 10 people so there were 2 chefs sent to prepare our meals. It was an absolute dream to wake up to the smell of freshly made pastries, bacon, eggs, picante salsa and hot cakes. They also brought along an amazing fresh bloody-mary and mimosa pitchers. The food, service and presentation were all top notch. They really stole the show at dinner! The guacamole was so fresh and tasty, and that was just the start. Every course got a little better. We also had bruchetta, steak and chicken fajitas that were also delicious, but my FAVORITE was the freshly made seafood paella. They even made a homemade chocolate birthday cake for me and red velvet cupcakes. So, I can’t say enough good things about their food and service, it made for a special birthday.
