Enjoy this digestive “summer-chick” signature drink

2 oz. gin
8 oz. tonic water
1 bunch of fresh mint
1 limes, juice from
4 cucumber slices (extra one to decorate)
2 lime slices (extra one to decorate)
Fresh ginger to taste
Serve the gin in a cold glass/mason jar, add ice, ginger, and mint to taste, add the lime juice, the cucumber and lime slices and finally pour the tonic water. Garnish with the extra lime and cucumber slices.
Note: Subtly pour the tonic water; this prevents the bubble bursts and the cocktail taste bitter.
