Roasted corns on the cob

The perfect side dish!

Serves: 12

Cooks: 30 minutes

Difficulty: Super easy

Nutrition facts: Vitamin B1, B2, B3, E, beta carotene (vit. A), folic acid (vit. B9), Iron, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, fiber

 

Ingredients:

4 yellow corn in the cob

4 tablespoons of sour cream

4 tablespoons of fresh cheese (crumble)

1 small bunch of fresh and chopped parsley (optional)

Olive oil

Sea salt

Fresh ground black pepper

 

Making:

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F. Cut each Corn in 4 pieces and placed in a roasting tray with the olive oil, the salt and the pepper. Roast for a 20 minutes until golden. Serve in a wood board or a tray decorated with the sour cream, the fresh cheese and the chopped parsley.

Note: you can replace the oven for a BBQ or a grill.

Serve with anything from a meat, rice, couscous, pasta or in a skewer like a lollipop!
